During the last cycle, a group of bandits known as The Jackals has been raiding civilian transport vehicles. These raids have increased in frequency over the last few months, resulting in supply shortages throughout many of the northern city-states. The Jackals' stronghold is located in a small valley in the Ashington Plains.

  32. Your squad will be inserted to the south of this valley, near one of their refueling stations. Your objective is to enter the valley and destroy the backbone of the Jackals' raiding vehicles, the Sagittarius-class Striders.

It is imperative that you penetrate their perimeter undetected and destroy the vehicles before their pilots are alerted to your presence. Your stealth Gears are seriously outgunned. If you engage the enemy directly, your chances are not good. Intelligence has downloaded suspected enemy positions into your Gear's neural net. They will show up on your HUD as NAV points.
